Cottage Cheese Chips
  1. Make chip shaped protein blobs on parchment paper. Flatten.

  2. Drizzle on fresh lime juice, and sprinkle with sea salt.

  3. Place in oven @350 for 35-45ish min or until brown around the edges. (I use middle rack).

  4. Remove browned chips and place any soft chips back in oven if needed until crispy.
