Vegan Nutella
  1. First start by roasting your Hazelnuts until golden. 425f for about 10 minutes should do the trick! Watch carefully at the end so they don’t burn! You can also buy them pre-roasted!

  2. If your Hazelnuts have skins on them, rub them off after roasting by rubbing them with a kitchen towel before adding them to your blender or food processor.

  3. Blend the hazelnuts until completely smooth - it should take less than 5 minutes. Hazelnuts are very easy to turn into nut butter!

  4. Once the hazelnut butter is super smooth add in the rest of your ingredients and blend again until fully incorporated.

  5. Make sure not to use any water based ingredients such as water, maple syrup, honey etc as these will cause your nut butter to seize up!

  6. Spread two tablespoons of Vegan Nutella on toast, oatmeal bowls, in smoothies and more! Enjoy!
