Pear Tree Cocktails
  1. Tie bows around glass stems

  2. In a shaker, combine 6 oz vodka, 2 oz pear liqueur, and 1 oz rosemary syrup

  3. Shake with ice

  4. Strain into chilled glasses

  5. Top with brut champagne

  6. Garnish with sugared rosemary

  7. To make rosemary syrup: combine 3 rosemary sprigs, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup water

  8. Bring rosemary syrup mixture to a low boil, stirring occasionally

  9. Strain rosemary syrup and let cool

  10. To make sugared rosemary: coat rosemary in simple syrup

  11. Sprinkle coated rosemary with sugar

  12. Refrigerate sugared rosemary for 15-20 minutes

  13. Repeat coating process as necessary for desired coating
