For the apples, simply mix through the lime juice, sugar and cinnamon and placed into an oven-safe dish.
Then, get your crumble ready by adding all the ingredients to a bowl and rubbing the butter into the dry ingredients until you form a sandy consistency.
Sprinkle the crumble over the top of the apples then place the whole thing into a 180c oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and the apples are cooked through.
Serve hot with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
