Five-minute Miso Salmon En Papillote
  1. In a piece of parchment, layer cabbage, mushrooms and top with salmon.

  2. Mix the sauce and spoon over the fish.

  3. Wrap with parchment like in the video

  4. Steam for about 5 minutes, or until the entire piece of fish has turned opaque (this might be a few minutes more depending on how thick your piece of fish is, so check for opaqueness).

  5. Top with broccoli sprouts before serving
