Start by whisking together the melted butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder until well combined.
Add the orange zest and mix once again until combined and set aside.
In a bowl, place the biscuits and very roughly break them (but not too much).
Pour over the brandy and gently mix with your hands once again.
Place the biscuits in the bowl with the chocolate mixture and gently mix everything together until all biscuits are evenly coated.
On a sheet of parchment paper, place the mixture and roll to form a log. Pinch and twist both ends of the parchment paper to tighten the salami. Then cover in cling film.
Refrigerate for 3 hours before slicing up and enjoying!
