Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Peel the bananas and place them in a big bowl or something you can mash them in. Mash the bananas until they become a paste.
Take your butter and sugar and mix until the butter is creamed. You want a fluffy consistency with the sugar evenly blended into it.
Take your mashed bananas and eggs and combine them with the creamed butter. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
Mix together all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine with the wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
Prepare two small loaf pans (or one large one) by coating the inside with butter and flour. Pour the mixture into the pans.
Bake for about an hour to an hour and 10 minutes. Use a toothpick to check if the bread is done.
Remove the loaves from the oven and let them rest for 20 minutes before removing from the pans.
