Halloween Strawberry Cheesecake Fudge Rounds
  1. Line your baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang.

  2. Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.

  3. In saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, butter, and condensed milk. Stir until smooth.

  4. Spread half the fudge, dollop cheesecake and jam, and swirl with a knife.

  5. Pour remaining fudge, swirl again for marbled “blood” effect.

  6. Add crushed cookies, candy eyes, and drizzle chocolate.

  7. Refrigerate 2 hours, lift and cut rounds with cookie cutter.

  8. Keep refrigerated up to 1 week.
