Crispy Bang Bang Chicken Tenders
  1. Season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder

  2. In 3 separate bowls add whisked egg, flour and crushed cornflakes

  3. Dip each tender into flour, then egg, then cornflakes until coated

  4. Add coated tenders to air fryer and spray with cooking oil

  5. Air fry at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes

  6. In a small bowl mix Greek yogurt, sweet chilli sauce, sriracha and honey

  7. Smear extra sweet chilli sauce on each tender before dipping in bang bang sauce

  8. Serve immediately
