Three Bean Tuna Niçoise Salad
  1. To blanch green beans, add to a pot of boiling salted water and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and immediately put in a bowl of ice water for a few minutes. Drain and let dry.

  2. Add all your ingredients to a large bowl. Toss with dressing, salt, and lots of fresh cracked black pepper.

  3. Add to a jar and shake to combine.
