Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the sliced kielbasa with a chopped onion.
Next, add the minced garlic, uncooked pasta, beef broth, and the can of tomato sauce to the skillet. Season with pepper, paprika, oregano, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir everything together well.
Bring to a quick boil and then turn the heat down to medium-low. Be sure the skillet is bubbling well before turning the heat down! Cover with a lid and cook for about 12-15 minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked add the shredded cheese and milk. Stir everything together well and top with dried parsley before serving!
