Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch (23x13cm) loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt.
Add yogurt, eggs, and oil.
Use a hand mixer and mix until well combined and smooth.
Spread the dough into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
Brush with a bit of olive oil.
Sprinkle salt and seeds on top. I have used a mix of sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. This is optional.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
