20min High Protein Thai Basil Beef 🌿
  1. Prep the peanut salsa by combining the five ingredients listed in the caption.

  2. Fry onions and peppers in a little a bit of dark soy sauce until blistered and tender.

  3. Set it aside and fry beef mince with garlic, coconut oil, oyster sauce, honey and dark soy sauce.

  4. Once browned, stir through fish sauce, lime juice and Thai basil.

  5. Chuck your peppers and onions back into the pan and then you're good to go.
