Lemon-Glazed Spice Fritters (keto)
  1. In a large bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together.

  2. Add the egg and mix until a sticky dough forms.

  3. On the stove or in a deep fryer, heat the coconut oil to 375°F.

  4. Drop balls of dough into the oil 4 or 5 at a time.

  5. Allow the dough to brown on one side then rotate to the other side.

  6. Cooking will take approximately 2 minutes per side.

  7. Remove the fritter from the oil and set on paper towels to drain excess oil.

  8. In a small bowl combine the lemon juice and Confectioners Swerve. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

  9. Dip cooled fritters in icing and serve.
