In a bowl together the first 4 ingredients.
Pour about a tbsp of the mixture into a cupcake liner. Press down firmly, and make a little well in the middle
To make the raspberry chia jam mix together 1 and ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen) with 1 tbsp chia seeds.
Pour about a tbsp of of the raspberry chia jam in the well.
Pour over some melted chocolate and spread evenly.
Freeze until set
