  1. Slice or dice onions

  2. Add to slow cooker

  3. Cook on low for 4-6+ hours

  4. Drain onions (use that for a meal later)

  5. Spread onions on dehydrator trays

  6. Dry at 125°F / 52°C for 8-12 hours

  7. Condition

  8. Store in an airtight container

  9. Add dehydrated onions to your favorite grinder

  10. Pulse a few times, then blend into a find powder

  11. Redry the powder

  12. Store in an airtight container with arrowroot powder to help stop clumping
