In a bowl, add paneer cubes, cornflour, maida, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder and oregano. Add little water and mix well to coat.
Deep fry the paneer till golden and crispy. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, curry leaves and green chillies. Sauté well.
Add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Mix nicely.
Add cornflour slurry and cook till the sauce thickens.
Toss in the fried paneer and coat well.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
