Korean Spicy Cucumber Salad
  1. Slice your cucumbers, add it into a bowl, add in your salt, and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes to let it drain the cucumber water

  2. Rinse the cucumbers and drain the liquid. Pat it dry over a paper towel

  3. Combine diced white onions, gochugaru, rice vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, gochujang, and toasted sesame seeds in a bowl

  4. Add in your dry cucumbers and mix well and enjoy!
