Dice the chicken breast
Sauté the onions until browned
Add the tomato paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, and butter
Add the blended fire-roasted tomatoes and sugar/sweetener
Add the spice blend (paprika, chili powder, curry powder, cumin, salt, black pepper)
Cook the pasta to 50% of the box time and reserve 1 cup of the pasta water
Add the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, cilantro, green onions, cheddar, mozzarella, and garam masala to the pasta and mix well
Slow cook the chicken mixture on high for 2-3 hours or low for 3-4 hours
Add the cooked pasta and pasta water to the chicken mixture and stir to combine
