Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Combine spinach, feta, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, and pepper in a bowl.
Roll puff pastry on floured surface into a rectangle; cut into 3-inch squares.
Place spoonful of filling in center; fold pastry over and seal edges.
Coat with egg wash and olive oil.
Arrange on baking sheet and bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly and serve with lemon wedges.
