Maryland Crab Cakes | Johenning Family
  1. Mix eggs, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, parsley, Old Bay, dry mustard powder & scallion. (Everything but the crab & butter)

  2. Check for shells & add crab meat. Shape into 6-8 patties.

  3. Melt butter in a hot skillet. Fry on each side for 5-7 minutes or until golden.

  4. Serve with remoulade.
