Spring Roll Fried Rice Recipe
  1. In the morning, cook the rice and place it into the fridge. This stops the rice from going gluggy when mixed into the other ingredients.

  2. Finely slice the carrots julienne style. Finely shred the cabbage and slide the onion. If you're using spring onions, finely slice and keep aside to garnish.

  3. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat with a small amount of oil. Add the onion and pork mince and cook for 5 mins until the mince is browned.

  4. Into the pan add the carrot and cook for 3-5 mins until softened. Next, add the cabbage and bean sprouts. Cook for another 3 mins.

  5. Add the rice into the pan and use a large spoon to break it up. Once broken up, turn the heat high and add the oyster and soy sauce. Stir fry for 5 mins.

  6. Serve with sliced spring onions.
