Combine pineapple juice, honey, salt and yeast in mixer bowl
Allow yeast to foam then add butter and egg
Add flour to get slightly sticky dough
Dough should pull away from sides of bowl
Allow 10-15 minutes rise
Set oven to 350 degrees
Shape 2 ounce rolls
Place on parchment lined baking sheet slightly touching
Allow a second rise
Bake 15 minutes then brush with butter
