Air Fryer T-bone Steak
  1. Pat steaks dry with a paper towel and rest T bone steaks on the counter or a cutting board for 15-20 minutes prior to cooking because it allows the steaks to reach room temperature so it will cook more evenly.

  2. Lightly brush steaks with olive oil, and then season with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Place steaks in basket, without stacking or overlapping.

  4. Air fry steaks at 400 degrees F, for 6-8 minutes on each side, depending on preference of doneness. Use a reliable meat thermometer to check internal temperature of meat. Garnish steaks with parsley flakes, or with peppercorn sauce.

  5. Let steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before serving because this allows excess juices from steak to redistribute and keep meat super moist.
