Spinach Gnocchi
  1. Blend together the spinach, cannellini beans and their juice, lemon and salt and pepper until smooth.

  2. Pan fry garlic and chilli and then add the gnocchi and saute until golden.

  3. Pour in the sauce and let it simmer for a couple of minutes before topping it with the cheese, lemon zest, chilli and olive oil.
