Chili Citrus Soba Noodles
  1. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain, then toss with a few ice cubes, a splash of tamari, drizzle of sesame oil, and a squeeze of lime to cool and flavor them.

  2. Add the sliced cucumbers, bell pepper, scallions, and cilantro.

  3. Whisk all sauce ingredients together until smooth.

  4. Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to coat.

  5. Mix the crumbled tofu with olive oil, tamari, five spice, and garlic powder until well coated. Air fry or bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  6. Serve tofu on top of the noodle bowl.
