Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned and caramelized, about 5–7 minutes. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant and golden.
Add BBQ sauce, honey, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return the cooked sausage to the skillet along with the drained pasta. Toss everything until the pasta and sausage are evenly coated.
Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top and serve hot. Enjoy!
