Gluten-free Quinoa Flatbread
  1. Let the quinoa soak for 15 minutes in hot water.

  2. Blend the quinoa with additional ¼ cup water, add a pinch of salt.

  3. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and top with the toppings of your choice.

  4. Bake your flatbread for approx. 20-25 minutes in the oven at 175 C / 350 F until slightly golden brown.
