Ingredients:
preheat the oven to 180c (350 F)
start by grating the onion and tomatoes then add them to the mince. (you can blend the veggies if you want)
add the seasoning to the mince and mix very well. (mix for a couple of minutes till the mince becomes very doughy in consistency)
open the bread in order to stuff it.
divide the mix into 4 portions and stuff the bread from edge to edge. (the mince will shrink in the oven so make sure to spread it evenly to the edges)
brush the bread with olive oil on both sides and place ona rack over a baking sheet in the oven.
flip after 10 minutes and bake for 5 more minutes.
switch the broiler on to get a crispy crust for 3-5 minutes. (keep checking on it with a knife till you feel a crispy exterior)
serve hot & enjoy.
