One pan roasted chicken
  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Wash and dry chicken

  3. Stuff with cut lemons and thyme

  4. Place in oiled pan surrounded by baby potatoes and season to taste

  5. Roast on bottom rack for 1 hour

  6. Remove chicken and potatoes

  7. Heat pan over med-high and add some white wine to deglaze for 2 minutes

  8. Add a couple tablespoons cold butter and stir until sauce forms
