Add hibiscus and water to pot, bring to boil, remove from heat and let sit for 39 minutes covered
Line dish with parchment paper
Strain tea
Add ½ tea and ⅔ cups of arrowroot to bowl and mix
Add the rest of the tea to a pot with agar powder and honey, bring to a boil and then let simmer for 5 minutes
Add in the other mixture and mix
Add rose/orange water, mix
Pour into dish and let cool in the fridge for a few hours
Coat with arrowroot or icing sugar (I even dipped a few into chocolate for a version of a big Turk and it was SO good)
