Homemade Hibiscus Turkish Delights
  1. Add hibiscus and water to pot, bring to boil, remove from heat and let sit for 39 minutes covered

  2. Line dish with parchment paper

  3. Strain tea

  4. Add ½ tea and ⅔ cups of arrowroot to bowl and mix

  5. Add the rest of the tea to a pot with agar powder and honey, bring to a boil and then let simmer for 5 minutes

  6. Add in the other mixture and mix

  7. Add rose/orange water, mix

  8. Pour into dish and let cool in the fridge for a few hours

  9. Coat with arrowroot or icing sugar (I even dipped a few into chocolate for a version of a big Turk and it was SO good)
