Roasted Tomato Sauce
  1. preheat oven to 400

  2. Core, and quarter tomatoes (leave seeds and stuff). Cut onion into 8th’s. Throw whole peeled garlic in a pyrex casserole dish. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix.

  3. Roast for 50 minutes.

  4. Throw everything in a blender (juices too) and season more if needed.

  5. Serve with carbs.
