Banoffee Overnight Oats With Milky Date Caramel
  1. Prepare the Milky Date Caramel: Add the dates, almond butter, milk, and pinch of salt to a small blender, and blend until smooth.

  2. Prepare the oats: In a large lidded container, combine the chia seeds, oats, milk, and 1 diced banana. Allow setting in the fridge minimum 4 hours byt preferably overnight.

  3. Assmeble: To build, layer the date caramel, oats and chia mix, banana, and yogurt. Sprinkle with cacao powder if using, and enjoy!
