Heat up butter in a medium skillet on medium-low heat.
Add the bananas, dates, and cinnamon, and mix together until bananas are dates are evenly coated in the butter and cinnamon.
Cook for 5-6 minutes until bananas get golden and caramelized and dates get soft and caramelized. Make sure to stir or flip frequently (especially the dates), to prevent burning.
Add yogurt to a bowl and top with banana and dates, walnuts, a drizzle of oil, and pinch or two of flaky salt.
