Add all cheesecake ingredients into a blender and blend on low until smooth.
Prepare a 9in Springform Cheesecake Pan by wrapping the outside with aluminum foil.
Spray the inside of the pan with non-stick cooking spray and add the cheesecake batter.
Mix in 8 crushed OREO thins into the batter.
Place the cheesecake pan into a sheet pan with edges at least 2 inches high for a water bath.
Pour warm water into the sheet pan, about 1-1.5 inches high.
Bake in a preheated oven at 300 degrees F for 55 minutes.
Turn off the oven, slightly open the oven door, and cook for another 35 minutes.
Remove the cheesecake from the oven, take off the aluminum foil, and let cool at room temperature for an hour.
Refrigerate overnight to fully set.
To make the icing, add all icing ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping.
Slowly add cold water and mix until you have an icing consistency, being careful not to add too much water.
Serve a slice of cheesecake with icing, whipped cream, and crushed Oreos.
