Crispy Greek Smashed Tacos With Garlic & Herb Dip
  1. Mix 8 oz ground chicken with ¼ cup chopped spinach, 3 tbsp diced onion, and 3 tbsp feta crumbles

  2. Spread a super thin layer of the mixture on a few low carb tortillas

  3. Fry on medium heat in a greased pan for a few minutes

  4. Flip for a few minutes to crisp up the tortilla

  5. Remove from pan and top with Garlic & Herb Dip and your favorite veggies

  6. Enjoy
