Mix 8 oz ground chicken with ¼ cup chopped spinach, 3 tbsp diced onion, and 3 tbsp feta crumbles
Spread a super thin layer of the mixture on a few low carb tortillas
Fry on medium heat in a greased pan for a few minutes
Flip for a few minutes to crisp up the tortilla
Remove from pan and top with Garlic & Herb Dip and your favorite veggies
