Freeze the bananas overnight or for at least 6 hours. Get out your blender and bowls.
Add the frozen bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla flavored (if using), plant milk and a pinch of salt to a blender.
Blend until thick and smooth - it should be the consistency of soft-serve ice cream. Add a splash more plant milk if needed.
Divide the smoothie between two glasses or even bowls.
Scatter over more seeds and raspberries.
