Chocbanana Smoothie
  1. Freeze the bananas overnight or for at least 6 hours. Get out your blender and bowls.

  2. Add the frozen bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla flavored (if using), plant milk and a pinch of salt to a blender.

  3. Blend until thick and smooth - it should be the consistency of soft-serve ice cream. Add a splash more plant milk if needed.

  4. Divide the smoothie between two glasses or even bowls.

  5. Scatter over more seeds and raspberries.
