Teriyaki Sauce: Combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger in saucepan
Simmer 5–7 minutes
Add cornstarch slurry if you want thicker glaze
Hoisin Sauce: Whisk soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, five spice, and sesame oil until smooth
Fresh Salsa: Mix diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño, and salt
Chill 20 minutes before serving
Pesto Sauce: Blend basil, garlic, and pine nuts
Slowly add olive oil while blending
Stir in parmesan cheese
