Cherry Galette
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the frozen cherries, sugar, grapefruit zest and juice, salt, and cornstarch.

  3. Roll out the pie dough into a rough shape and place on a baking sheet.

  4. Pour the cherry mixture into the center of the dough and fold the edges over, leaving the center exposed.

  5. Brush the edges with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse sugar.

  6. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.

  7. Allow to cool before serving.
