Preheat oven to 350°f-175°c
Butter baking dish and set aside
To a blender add, milk, ⅓ cup sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt and flour. Blend on high until frothy
Pour just enough of the mixture at the bottom of baking dish to cover bottom. Bake for 10 min
Add berries and then sprinkle remaining sugar, then pour remaining custard over top
Bake for 30-50 min keep a close eye. When a toothpick comes out clean, remove from oven
Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar and serve warm. (Or cold)
