Pour all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix with a whisk until there are no dry spots remaining in the dough.
Use your hands to mix the dough in your bowl until all the ingredients are well incorporated into the dough.
Remove the dough from the bowl and start kneading it for about 10 minutes on your working table.
Get a dough scraper and divide the dough in 8 equal pieces.
Make balls with the dough by rolling the dough on your working table and apply enough tension to the dough to develop the gluten in your dough.
Place the balls of dough on a baking sheet and cover them with a wet kitchen towel, let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, shape the tortillas.
Get a ball of dough and sprinkle some flour on your working table and on your dough.
Press your dough firmly with your hand to form a disc shape.
Then grab a rolling pin and start extending your dough to the sides, make sure to keep the circular shape.
Cook the tortillas in a hot pan, place the tortillas on the hot pan and wait around 10 seconds, then flip the tortilla around and wait until you see bubbles.
Flip the tortilla again and the tortilla should inflate by itself.
Then flip the tortilla around once more and you can press the steam out of the tortillas to make sure all the edges of the dough are well cooked.
Place the tortillas in a kitchen towel to keep them warm.
