Heat a sauce pan with a medium heat, add 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and ½ cup of corn kernels, mix the kernels around so they´re all bathing in the oil and place a lid on the pan, once the kernels begin to pop give the pan a quick shake once in a while, after about 4-5 minutes all the kernels should be almost popped, when you hear that there is a 3 second interval between the popping remove the lid and transfer the popcorn to a large bowl
Season the popcorn with ½ tsp of sweet smoked paprika, ¼ tsp of cumin powder, ½ tsp of garlic powder, ½ tsp of onion powder, 2 tsp of parsley flakes, a pinch of sea salt and some freshly cracked black pepper, toss together until everything is well combined, enjoy!
