Sauté onions over medium heat for 3–4 mins until softened.
Add garlic and cook another 30 seconds.
Add all 2 lbs of ground beef and cook on medium-high heat for 6–8 mins until browned.
Stir in tomato paste, diced tomato, and all seasonings.
Cook 2–3 mins to deepen the flavor.
Add potatoes, peas, and bone broth.
Cover and simmer on medium-low for 15–20 mins until potatoes are tender and the sauce thickens.
Serve by itself, over cauliflower rice, or with a smaller portion of jasmine rice
