ADAPTED from Pillsbury recipe
Line an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
Cover bottom with small spoonfuls of Bisquick biscuit dough
Toss with enchilada sauce or chunky salsa to coat
Sprinkle remaining ingredients evenly and generously.
Bake at 375°F 25 to 30 minutes OR until edges are deep golden brown and center biscuit pieces are no longer doughy. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
