Cook the ground chicken in a skillet.
Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and ginger/ginger seasoning.
Crack the 2 eggs into the skillet and scramble them with the chicken mixture.
Add the plain coleslaw, water, low sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha.
Stir everything together and cook until the coleslaw is tender.
Top with green onions.
