Keto Fathead Pizza Crust
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.

  3. Once the cheese is melted and smooth, add the egg, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning (if using). Stir the mixture until a dough forms.

  4. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands or a rolling pin to spread the dough into a circle or rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.

  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until it’s golden and slightly crispy around the edges.

  6. Once the crust is baked, remove it from the oven. Add your favorite keto-friendly pizza toppings and return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes to melt the cheese and heat the toppings.

  7. Slice and enjoy your keto pizza with your favorite low-carb sides.
