Low-calorie Shrimp Tempura Using Rice Paper
  1. Gently flatten your shrimp with a knife.

  2. In a large plate, whisk 2 eggs.

  3. Cut your rice paper into 4 even pieces.

  4. Wet a piece of rice paper with the whisked eggs and shake off any excess liquid.

  5. Place your wet rice paper on a flat surface, your shrimp on top, and then another piece of wet rice paper to enclose it and repeat for the rest of the shrimp.

  6. On parchment paper, lightly spray your oil, place your shrimp on top, and coat with a quick spray of oil.

  7. Preheat your oven and cook at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

  8. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, water, and wasabi to make your tartar sauce.

  9. Once cooked, remove the shrimp and enjoy with your sauce!
