Sawsawan (filipino Vinegar Dipping Sauce)
  1. Add all the ingredients into a dipping bowl or glass mason jar (for larger batches).

  2. Mix well to evenly distribute the seasonings and chopped aromatics. Taste and adjust with more salt and/or sugar if needed, to desired taste.

  3. Use immediately as a dip, or you can alternatively let it sit longer to further intensify the flavor the vinegar. Serve with grilled or fried dishes.
