Buffalo Chicken Hot Pockets
  1. Mix flour, yoghurt and seasonings to form a soft dough, knead lightly and divide into two.

  2. Cook and shred chicken, then mix with filling ingredients.

  3. Blend sauce ingredients until smooth.

  4. Roll dough, fill with chicken, cheese and sauce, fold and seal.

  5. Fry until golden.
