Healthy Butter Chicken With Homemade Naan Bread
  1. Dice the chicken breast and add to a bowl with the greek yogurt and seasonings.

  2. On a pan on a medium heat, cook the chicken.

  3. While the chicken is cooking, cook your rice your way, I use a rice cooker.

  4. Once the chicken is cooked through, mix the tomato paste with some water to make a sauce.

  5. Add the tomato paste, cooking cream and butter into the chicken and stir.

  6. Plate with the rice to serve.

  7. Mix the flour and greek yogurt in a bowl to make a dough consistency.

  8. Roll out to a Naan Bread shape.

  9. Heat a pan on a low-medium heat, with a splash of olive oil.

  10. Flip a minute or two in, once one side is golden.
